Mission Statement
It is the mission
of MetroRMS to provide our clients with a first class environmental & asbestos
removal service that meets the needs and timescale as
dictated for each project.
We will strive to ensure that the client receives
a level of service that compliments the objectives for
all project activities.
We
will strive to attend sites for initial visits within 24 hours
of notification.
We will strive to attend sites for clients
if an emergency situation occurs within 4 hours.
We are aware that safety
is paramount to our clients operations and the need for MetroRMS
to be proactive in identifying training needs to ensure we
consider all safety issues prior to commencing projects.
We will supply fully trained and experienced
staff suitable for the tasks in hand and address any potential
training shortfalls as they are identified.
We will improve our performance through personal
reviews and set targets to which we will work to.
We will continue to improve our
technical knowledge through Continual Professional Development.
We will ensure that all staff are given
equal rights and fairness is the baseline of our work ethics.
We will investigate
all complaints fully and give a written response to clients within
24 hours.
